We may also collect the name of the domain from which a user accesses the Internet, the date and time accessed, and the Internet address of the website from which they linked from. However, we do not associate this information with any personal information that has been collected. We will only use the information to measure the number of visitors to the site and help make our site more useful to them. Anyone visiting our site may search the site and see the stats of all our members. Once a visitor decides to become a member, they choose a user name and password in order to protect their identity. The member will then fill out a membership form providing the information detailed above. We will then post each member’s sports stats along with their picture (which we will have screened prior to posting) under their user name. Each user will then be able to use their individual user name and password to log in, to update their information, or to remove themselves from the site. When users submit sensitive information via this website, your information is protected both online and offline. Such sensitive information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry, “SSL”. This site may contain links to other websites, please understand that PMNC is not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our website and travel to another, to read their privacy statements. This privacy policy applies solely to the information collected by our website.

PARENTAL REVIEW

ALTHOUGH WE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COLLECT INFORMATION DIRECTLY FROM ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 13, WE UNDERSTAND THAT CHILDREN UNDER 13 MAY WANT TO BECOME MEMBERS. FOR THOSE OF YOU UNDER 13, YOU MUST HAVE A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN POST YOUR INFORMATION. NO MEMBERSHIP FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ANYONE DESIGNATING HIMSELF OR HERSELF AS AGE 12 OR YOUNGER, UNLESS THE APPROPRIATE CHECK BOX HAS BEEN MARKED PROVIDING PARENTAL CONSENT.
